UAB “Ustuki\u0173 mal\u016bnas” since 1992. fosters the production and consumption culture of organic and natural grain products in Lithuania. The company appreciates traditions while trying to give grain products a new shape and modernity. The company is implementing the project “E. implementation of a commercial model by digitizing the sales processes of UAB Ustuki\u0173 mal\u016bnas products”. The project is implemented according to the measure “E. business model for COVID-19”.<\/p>\n

EUR 49,725.00 has been allocated for the implementation of the project from the European Regional Development Fund. The total value of the project is EUR 66,300.00. During the implementation of the project, an e- commerce system – a customer self-service solution on the electronic trading platform of products and services, including the solution for managing production and service orders, the integration of the resource management system into the electronic trading platform of products and services, for the retail trade of food products.<\/p>\n

The project was launched in 2022. February 25 and will be implemented by 2023 February 28.<\/p>\n

The e-commerce system will allow the company to increase sales volumes and compete better in the market. The ability to sell your natural grain products online will greatly increase the company’s income. These emails the benefit of the commercial system will not only be to attract new consumers, but also to create an opportunity for existing loyal consumers to safely and conveniently buy UAB Ustuki\u0173 mal\u016bnas natural grain food products. The e-commerce system is significant because automated order administration and resource management system integration will help avoid ordering errors, ensure a wider selection of goods, faster and more convenient ordering, acquisition, more efficient customer service, competitive prices, resource saving, cost reduction, will allow improvement the company’s information system and expand operations.<\/p>\n

After the implementation of the project, the prerequisites will be created to take a better position in the market, attract more customers from the retail trade, and when the demand for the product increases, to form additional orders, thus increasing the company’s income.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

UAB “Ustuki\u0173 mal\u016bnas” since 1992. fosters the production and consumption culture of organic and natural grain products in Lithuania. In order to increase the company’s productivity, the project “Unique design solutions of new product packaging by increasing their demand” is being implemented. The project is implemented according to the measure “Dizainas LT” partially financed by the funds of the European Regional Development Fund. Up to EUR 29,950.00 has been allocated for the implementation of the project to finance eligible expenses. The total value of the project is EUR 59,900.00. The project will create an original packaging design for 3 new product groups. The project was launched in 2020. July 15 and will be implemented by 2022. January 13.<\/p>

The implementation of the project will create conditions for continuous improvement of the company’s performance. The creation and implementation of original product packaging design solutions will allow the company to become more competitive and increase work productivity and profitability. The purpose of these new original product packaging designs is not only to attract the attention of existing and new consumers thereby increasing the demand for products, but also to solve social and ecological problems.<\/p>

Product packaging that is attractive to consumers will allow the company to increase sales volumes and better compete in the market.
